Kristine Wards Green Chilli Cheese Quiche |

This recipe came from the eigth grade cook book from our local Catholic School, and was submitted by Kristine Ward. Ingredients:
10 eggs |
1 pint cottage cheese |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
10 drops tabasco sauce |
1/2 cup flour |
1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated |
1 (7 ounce) can green chilies, diced |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. 2. In a blender, whirl the first 6 ingredients. Pour mixture into a large bowl, and add the last 3 ingredients. Mix well. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes. Cut into appetizer size squares. Serve hot or cold. |
