Ingredients:
2 cups onions |
1/2 cup olive oil |
2 potatoes |
2 cups tomato sauce |
1 cup water |
meat broth (optional) |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel, wash and cube the potatoes. 2. Pare and slice the onions. 3. Place these two items into a stock pot and add the tomato sauce, oil, and fill with enough water (or broth) to cover them. 4. Add the salt and pepper to taste and boil at moderate temperature for 30 minutes. |
