I saw this and i thought you might like it Ingredients:
2 lbs. sauerkraut |
1/2 c. diced onion |
1/2 c. diced celery |
1/2 c. diced green pepper |
1 c. sugar |
4 tbsp. vinegar |
Directions:
1. Drain Sauerkraut and to it add onion, celery, and green pepper. Heat together sugar and vinegar until sugar dissolves and pour over sauerkraut. Stir thoroughly. Refrigerate until ready to serve |
