Give pasta salad a flavourful twist with this easy-to-make whole wheat pasta salad that has fresh spinach, black beans and tomato. Ingredients:
2/3 cup kraft calorie-wise rancher's choice |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
3 cups whole wheat rotini pasta, cooked, rinsed and cooled |
1 (19 ounce) can black beans, rinsed |
4 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves |
1 tomato, chopped |
1 cup kraft canada tex mex cheese light |
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl. 2. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. |
