Kraft Summer Delight With Topaz Dressing |

Another Kraft salad from the 1971 edition....This one is great for the summer as you can use all the fruits in season... The dressing is delicious.... Ingredients:
grapes |
peach slices |
blueberries |
melon balls |
strawberries, cut in half |
avocado slices |
topaz dressing |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup coconut |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons grated orange zest |
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped |
Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise, coconut, honey and orange zest.
2. Fold in whipped cream and chill.
3. Sprinkle with additional orange zest, if desired.
4. The Topaz Dressing make 2 1/4 cups.
5. Layer fruits in glass snifter or bowl arranging avocado slices around the sides.
6. Serve with Topaz dressing.
