This recipe reheats perfectly the next day, so make it ahead. Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced |
1 package velveeta cheese, cubed |
2 tablespoons margarine |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sour cream |
5 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled |
4 green onions, sliced |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water. 3. Drain. 4. Combine potatoes half the cheese and marg and stir over low heat till cheese is melted. 5. Add mayo sour cream 2 tbsp bacon 2 tbsp onion and pepper. 6. Mix well. 7. Spoon into 2 qt casserole dish. 8. Top with remaining cheese bacon and onions. 9. Sprinkle with paprika. 10. Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through. |
