Kraft Chicken With Tomatoes & Feta |

Found this on Kraft and they looked great so I'm throwing them up here for storage for the future. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon oil |
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.) |
1 onion, chopped |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained |
1/4 cup kraft greek salad dressing |
1 lemon, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup athenos crumbled feta cheese with dried basil and tomato |
for garlic lovers add 1 minced garlic clove with the tomato |
Directions:
1. HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and onions; cover. Cook 10 to 14 minute or until chicken is done (165ºF), turning after 6 minute Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm. 2. ADD tomatoes, dressing and lemons to onions in skillet; cook 4 minute or until heated through, stirring frequently. 3. RETURN chicken to skillet. Spoon sauce over chicken. Cook 1 minute or until chicken is heated through; top with cheese. |
