wilted spinach with feta, tomato, and mushroom Ingredients:
2 cups fresh spinach, trimmed |
1 cup cherry tomatoes |
1 cup mushrooms, sliced |
1 oz feta cheese |
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds |
1 tsp sesame oil |
Directions:
1. clean and trim fresh spinach 2. slice tomatoes in half 3. add sesame oil to large nonstick pan 4. saute mushrooms until tender 5. add damp spinach leaves and tomatoes and steam until tender 6. remove from heat 7. add crumbled feta cheese and sesame seeds. |
