From Darlene Kossman. It's a very old recipe that looks very good Ingredients:
4 ounces strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert |
1 cup cooked rice |
1 cup crushed strawberry |
1 cup whipping cream |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup crushed pineapple |
1/2 cup walnuts |
1 cup boiling water |
Directions:
1. Dissolve the jello in boiling water. 2. Chill. 3. When thick and syrupy. 4. Beat until light and fluffy. 5. Add crushed strawberries rice pineapple nuts and mix well. 6. Fold in whipping cream and let stand in cool place several hours before serving (see I told you it was old-I would stick it in the refrigerator). 7. Serve topped with whipped cream. |
