darlenes favorite brownie recipe this is a really rich fudge like brownie Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1/4 cup cocoa |
1 cup butter |
4 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 cup nuts |
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. mix coca and sugar.
2. melt butter.
3. add to sugar.
4. add eggs one at time.
5. beat well.
6. add vanilla.
7. sift flour salt and baking powder together.
8. add to creamed mixture.
9. fold in nuts.
10. pour into greased 15x10x1 pan jelly roll( i think mine was a little thin doing this , i might go with smaller cookie sheet next time, and 25 minutes could be to long i did 15 and they were done for me start there and boy do these guys stick even with pam ).
11. bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
12. if you want you can frost these.
