This Korean recipe is for marinating meat and fish before broiling or stir-frying. Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup dark corn syrup |
1/3 cup sugar |
2/3 cup water |
1 tablespoon ginger juice or 1 inch ginger, sliced or 2 teaspoons ginger, powdered |
1/4 cup rice wine or 1/4 cup sake |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer on low heat until thick. |
