This Korean recipe is for marinating fish or meats before broiling or stir-frying. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons red pepper paste (gochujang) |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped thinly into rings |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Combine in a saucepan and simmer on low heat until thick. |
