From an old cookbook. Ingredients:
2 cups rice |
4 cups water |
8 carrots, sliced thin |
10 green onions, sliced thin |
2 potatoes, diced |
5 stalks celery, sliced thin |
6 mushrooms, sliced |
1 lb round steak, thinly sliced |
3 tablespoons oil |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Take rice and water and cook covered 15 minutes on low. 2. In another pan, stir fry in order given; cook separately. 3. Add vegetables and meat to rice. 4. Season with soy sauce and salt. 5. Mix. |
