Korean Ohm Rice

Ingredients:
2 cups rice
4 cups water
8 carrots, sliced thin
10 green onions, sliced thin
2 potatoes, diced
5 stalks celery, sliced thin
6 mushrooms, sliced
1 lb round steak, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
1. Take rice and water and cook covered 15 minutes on low.
2. In another pan, stir fry in order given; cook separately.
3. Add vegetables and meat to rice.
4. Season with soy sauce and salt.
5. Mix.
