This Korean recipe is for marinating fish or meats before broiling or stir-frying. Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiling water |
7 tablespoons mustard powder |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup white vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine mustard powder with boiling water. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes. Add additional ingredients and mix well. |
