This Korean recipe is for marinating fish or meats before broiling or stir-frying.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiling water
7 tablespoons mustard powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine mustard powder with boiling water. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes. Add additional ingredients and mix well.
