every body knows japanese miso, but I tried korean miso and I love it this is how it is made Ingredients:
3 tbs of korean miso paste |
1 cup of clams |
1/2 cup of korean dried small fish |
1/2 cup of green chilli peppers, cut into 1 cm lenght |
1/2 cup of onion, cubed (1cm x 1cm) |
1/2 cup of toufu, cubed (1cm x 1cm) |
1/2 cup of potato, cubed (1cm x 1cm) |
1/2 cup of spring onion, cut into 1 cm lenght |
3 cups of water |
pinch of salt, pepper and sugar |
Directions:
1. in a korean soup clay pot , add dried fish, bring water to the boil 2. add clams, potato, toufu, chilli, onion, cook until boils 3. add miso, salt pepper and sugar 4. taste, if not salty enough more miso, add spring onion on top, serve |
