A spicy dipping sauce, good for dipping chopped veggies, spring rolls, wantons....etc! Also can be used as a spicy salad dressing. Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, crushed |
2 teaspoons fresh gingerroot, finely grated |
2 scallions, finely chopped |
2 teaspoons red chili paste |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 pinch toasted sesame seeds |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon rice wine |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients and chill until needed. |
