Korean Bulgogi Marinated Steaks |

I am pretty sure that Korean Bulgogi is supposed to be meat strips, marinated and cooked. I just used 6 small steaks and marinated them whole. So maybe it would be more accurate to say this is a recipe that is INFLUENCED from Korean Bulgogi. I'd so hate to offend. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs steak |
1 onion, rough chopped |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
2 tablespoons cooking sherry |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
3 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1 teaspoon ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Mince garlic & mix all ingredients with the steak strips. 2. Let marinate for 2 hours refrigerated or overnight. 3. Pan fry or grill steaks until done. |
