Korean Barbecued Beef or Chicken |

Marinade can be used on any meat. Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breast |
1 tablespoon orange juice |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 tsp. brown sugar |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds |
1/4 tsp. ginger |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Partially freeze beef (if using beef). I just use this on whole chicken breasts 2. With sharp knife, cut very thin slices across grain. 3. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Place beef in heavy plastic bag in a shallow dish. Pour in marinade and tie securely, turning several times, for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. 4. Pre-heat oven on Medium Broil. 5. Drain beef, reserving marinade. 6. Broil beef 6 inches from source of heat for 10-12 minutes, basting frequently. 7. Slice and enjoy! |
