4 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger |
3 tablespoons dry sherry |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1 dash tabasco sauce, to taste |
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce |
2 green onions, chopped |
1 teaspoon liquid smoke |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients. Use to marinate beef strips. |
