Kona Inn Banana Bread

Absolutely delicious banana bread!!! You can omit the salt if desired and it still tastes delicious!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable shortening
2 cups sugar
2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 6)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Toss together flour and baking soda.
2. Add shortening, sugar, and salt.
3. Add bananas, eggs and walnuts.
4. Grease and flour 2 bread pans.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 5 minutes, them turn out onto a rack to cool completely.
