I learnt this from my mum,so easy to make.good evening snack..people do this during special occasion's in India. Ingredients:
1 c rice flr |
pinch of salt |
warm water (add bit by bit untill it becomes a ball of dough) |
1 c sugar |
1 c coconut grated |
cardamon 2 |
Directions:
1. Make a ball of dough using rice flr,pinch of salt,warm water 2. Flatten it add sugar,cardamon & coconut filling and seal the edges 3. Steam cook it for 5-10 min 4. Serve hot. |
