This is from Kolb's Restaurant in New Orleans, LA. It opened in 1899 and I think it closed in the 1990's. It's main specialty was German food. Ingredients:
3 cups salad oil |
2 cups creole mustard |
1 cup water |
1 cup cider vinegar |
3 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. If desired increase or decrease mustard and/or sugar to taste. |
