Ingredients:
1/2 cup canola oil |
1 cup butter |
2 tablespoons molasses |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup honey |
2 lbs rolled oats |
1/2 cup sesame seeds |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
2 cups grape-nuts cereal |
1 cup wheat germ |
1 lb coconut |
1 cup sunflower seeds |
Directions:
1. Melt first six ingredients. 2. Let cool slightly and add remaining ingredients. 3. Stir thoroughly. 4. Bake in 9x13 inch pans for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5-7 minutes. |
