                                                | 1/2 cup canola oil |  | 1 cup butter |  | 2 tablespoons molasses |  | 1 tablespoon vanilla |  | 1 cup brown sugar |  | 1 cup honey |  | 2 lbs rolled oats |  | 1/2 cup sesame seeds |  | 1 cup walnuts, chopped |  | 2 cups grape-nuts cereal |  | 1 cup wheat germ |  | 1 lb coconut |  | 1 cup sunflower seeds |  Directions: 
                        
                            | 1. Melt first six ingredients. 2. Let cool slightly and add remaining ingredients.
 3. Stir thoroughly.
 4. Bake in 9x13 inch pans for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5-7 minutes.
