Egyptian style kebabs. Ingredients:
1 lb ground lamb |
4 cloves garlic minced |
1 tsp salt |
3 tbsp grated garlic |
3 tbsp parsley |
1 tbsp coriander |
1 tsp cumin |
1/2 tbsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp allspice |
1/4 tsp cayenne |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1/4 tsp ginger |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients. 2. Form into balls. 3. Flatten around skewers. 4. Refrigerate 30 mins to 12 hours. 5. Grill on medium heat about 6 mins per side. |
