Egyptian style kebabs.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground lamb
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp grated garlic
3 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp ginger
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients.
2. Form into balls.
3. Flatten around skewers.
4. Refrigerate 30 mins to 12 hours.
5. Grill on medium heat about 6 mins per side.
