Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
2 onions, chopped |
1 slice soft bread |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Soak bread with enough water to saturate the whole slice. 2. In a food processor add beef, onions, salt, pepper, and bread until it reaches a paste like consistency. 3. Form a small amount on wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for at least an hour. 4. Cook over a hot grill until cooked. |
