If you can begin to tie a shoe, you can make these wonderful rolls. Going to tie the knot? These easy rolls are a great theme item for your next wedding dinner. A beginner recipe from Rhodes and 2 photos are from Rhodes the others and the steps are mine. Ingredients:

12 rhodes dinner rolls, thawed but still cold |
1 egg, beaten |
1 tbs. water |
sesame seeds, if desired |
non-stick cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Roll each roll into a 9-inch rope and tie a knot. Place on a large sprayed baking sheet. Beat egg and water together. Brush each knot with the egg mixture. Sprinkle with seeds if desired. Or you can sprinkle 6 with Sesame seeds and 6 without. 2. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350F. For 15 -20 minutes or until golden brown. |
