Knock Your Socks off Garlic Bread |

Old fashioned like your Italian Granny made garlic bread. Goes wonderfully with my Wilted Lettuce. Ingredients:
1 loaf italian bread |
2 roasted bulbs of garlic |
olive oil |
salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°. 2. Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices. 3. Toast the bread for 10-15 minutes in the oven, until lightly browned. 4. Spread roasted garlic over the hot bread. 5. (Sorry, fingers work best). 6. Drizzle good olive oil over the bread. 7. Sprinkle with a little salt. 8. Serve while warm. |
