A thin-crust dough for pizza cravings...perfect with tomato sauce and mozzarella! Ingredients:
150 ml water |
1 tsp sugar |
15 g fresh yeast |
225 g plain flour |
1 1/4 tsp salt |
1 tsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix the water (lukewarm) and sugar then add the yeast. Leave until frothy. 2. Knead together with the flour for 8-10 minutes, then allow to rise in a warm place (in an oiled bowl) until it has doubled in size. Spread or roll to 35cm diameter. 3. Add chosen toppings, bake on high (250C) for 10-12 minutes until golden. |
