This creamy dessert drink is a great holiday party treat! Ingredients:
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup white sugar |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
1 pinch ground nutmeg |
6 eggs |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 quart vanilla ice cream |
1 quart orange sherbet |
2 liters ginger ale |
Directions:
1. Place orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and eggs in a blender; blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour egg mixture into a large punch bowl. Stir in water. Drop ice cream and sherbet in then top with the ginger ale. |
