This comes from Body Building. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 cup powdered milk |
2 cups protein powder |
3 ounces sugar free pudding mix |
3 cups oats |
Directions:
1. Mix powders and milk, stir in oats. 2. Spray muffiin pan with Pam cooking spray and put in fridge to set. |
