Came from many attempts, love it because you really feel that you are in a restarant. serve a nice salad , fresh bread, nice vino and voila you're in heaven Ingredients:
2 lbs pork ribs |
2 cans plum tomatoes |
1 whole onion |
4 cloves garlic |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
1 cup dry white wine |
1 chicken bouillon |
1 teaspoon chili pepper |
1 pinch nutmeg |
10 basil leaves |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Brown ribs. 2. saute onion, garlic and chilli in oil. 3. carmelize. 4. add tomatoes (crushed by hand), boullion cube, wine, nutmeg, water. 5. simmer 2 to 3 hours. 6. add basil. 7. torn apart by hand (more flavor). 8. simmer another 20 minutes. 9. while simmering cook desired pasta (penne is my favorite). 10. add enough sauce to you're pasta as desired. 11. add parmesan cheese Salt and pepper as desired. 12. enjoy. |
