Dutch gingersnaps Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour |
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup chopped almonds |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). 2. Mix together butter, flour, brown sugar, almonds and salt. Form the dough into marble-size balls. Place each ball on an ungreased cookie sheet 1-1/2 inches apart. 3. Bake cookies for 15 minutes. |
