My grandmother taught me how to make cocktail sauce when we spent summers on the North Carolina coast. I've tweaked her basic recipe through the years, and I hope you enjoy it! Ingredients:
8 ounces catsup |
1 large lemon, juice of |
2 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon white sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix well, chill. 2. Keeps up to 2 weeks. |
