My grandmother taught me how to make cocktail sauce when we spent summers on the North Carolina coast. I've tweaked her basic recipe through the years, and I hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients:
8 ounces catsup
1 large lemon, juice of
2 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
Directions:
1. Mix well, chill.
2. Keeps up to 2 weeks.
