Easy and good for your heart! Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt |
2 kiwi fruits |
1/2 cup pineapple, cubed |
2 teaspoons honey, to taste |
2 mint leaves, chopped |
Directions:
1. Blend yoghurt, kiwi and honey in a blender. 2. Add cubed pineapples. 3. Mix well. 4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve over cold ice cubes. |
