1/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/4 cup lime juice |
8 kiwi, peeled and cut in 1/2 inch cubes |
1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest |
1/2 cup ricotta cheese |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the sugar and the lime juice. Add the kiwi, tossing to combine. 2. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. 3. In a small bowl, combine the lime zest, ricotta, sour cream, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar. 4. Serve the kiwi, with its syrup, topped with the ricotta cream. |
