This was another lunch box sandwich which was always great to use up the leftover beef from the night before. Lamb always works well as well. Ingredients:
4 slices steak (or left over beef cut up, even better, a hot steak just of the frypan) |
ketchup |
4 pieces bread (soft white always works best) |
butter |
1 slice dairylee cheese |
Directions:
1. Spread some butter on you bread. 2. Cut the fat of your steak slices. 3. Place them on the bread. 4. Spread ketchup over. 5. Put together like sandwiches. 6. Cut into 4 squares. 7. Best served cold from the fridge, but perfect in a lunch box. |
