A slightly sweet, slightly tangy, cooling condiment that goes great with spicy Indian dishes or any grilled meats or veggies. Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste (optional) |
salt to taste |
2 kiwis, peeled and diced |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Whisk the yogurt, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt in a bowl until the yogurt is smooth. Fold in the diced kiwi and cilantro until combined. |
