2 cups chopped honeydew melon |
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped |
1 cup apple juice, chilled |
Directions:
1. Line baking sheets with plastic wrap. 2. Arrange melon and kiwifruit in single layer on baking sheet. 3. Cover with plsatic wrap and freeze until firm. 4. Pour apple juice into blender; add fruit. Cover and blend until smooth. |
