Light, cool drink for those hot summer nights. From Secrets of the Spas by Catherine Bardey. Ingredients:
2 medium kiwi fruits, peeled |
1 tablespoon honey |
8 ounces mineral water, chilled |
ice cube |
Directions:
1. Place Kiwi and honey into a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Pour into tall glass and add water and ice. 3. Garnish with kiwi slice if desired. 4. ENJOY! |
