Beat the heat with this this delicious, smooth, creamy, and delectable treat!! Ingredients:
4 kiwis, peeled |
1/3 c light rum (i used capt morgan silver rum) |
1/4 c melon-flavored liqueur (midori) |
3 tablespoons cream of coconut |
1 (8oz) can of crushed pineapple in juice - undrained |
3 c ice |
Directions:
1. In an electric blender, place the kiwis, rum, liqueur, cream of coconut, pineapple, and ice - blend until smooth and no ice chunks remain. 2. Garnish with kiwifruit slices if desired. Enjoy! 3. (adapted from sandra lee semi-homemade july.aug 2010- 4. ) |
