A quick and tangy juice recipe with an unforgettable colour.
Ingredients:
4 large kiwi fruits
1 apple
1 ounce fresh mint sprig
Directions:
1. Peel the kiwis, quarter and juice.
2. Quarter the apple and juice, then juice the whole sprigs of mint.
3. Mix the juices together. Chill.
4. Serve in short glasses, and pop in an ice cube, if you like.
