I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
8 ounces cream cheese |
8 teaspoons sweet 'n low (8 packets or 1 1/2 tbls. liquid saccharin) |
1/3 teaspoon vanilla butternut flavoring |
1/3 teaspoon maple extract |
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup pumpkin (1/2 can) |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender or processor until liquified. Pour into 9 pie pan. 2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Let cool. 3. Topping with pecans before baking or topping with sugar free whipped cream is Maaahvelous! |
