i made this dish because i didn't go shopping for a while therfore i did not have that much to choice from Ingredients:
potatoes |
mushrooms |
olives |
1 bell pepper or jalepeno |
2 eggs |
1 handful of shredded cheese |
texas toast |
chili canned or home made |
bacon or beef (not ground) |
cayenne pepper |
garlic salt or seasoning salt |
Directions:
1. cook the potatoes til golden brown on medium heat. cook bacon until semi cooked. also heat chili at prefered setting chop olives,bell pepper,and mushrooms, then cook in omelete pan until done. then put in a large skillet with eggs add bacon and seasoning at this time. in the mean time toast the texas toast. once eggs are done place potatoes on a plate with toast over that then eggs with chili as the topping. |
