peanut butter cookies that are yummy...especially when they are hot out of the oven....kids love these cookies.... My husband will eat them hot out of the oven...and its all I can do to keep up with him eatting them and me baking them. Ingredients:
1 small bag of hershey kisses |
1 roll of store bought peanut butter cookie dough or sugar cookie dough |
Directions:
1. Spray a mini muffin pan with non stick spray
2. cut your cookie dough like you were going to slice cookies
3. then cut each cookie slice into 4 pieces and place into mini muffin pan
4. bake at 350 degrees until cookie is turning slighty brown
5. take out of oven and immedicately place a kiss into each cookie
6. the cookies will look like little chocolate tarts
7. after cooled for a few minutes take a knife and lift them out of the pan very gently
