6 zucchini or yellow squash, boiled |
6 tomatoes, boiled |
2 large onions, boiled |
4 ounces sherry |
1 tsp dried basil |
1 tsp garlic salt |
1 tsp pepper |
1 cup brown rice |
1 tsp olive oil |
Directions:
