This is a great holiday cocktail for a small group. It was in Cosmo magazine December 2004. Ingredients:
8 ounces creme de cassis |
2 (750 ml) bottles champagne, chilled |
8 lemon twists |
Directions:
1. Pour 1 ounce of creme de cassis into the bottom of the 8 flute glass. 2. Top each with champagne and garnish with a twist of lemon. |
