Hpnotiq Blue Ibiza was one for my Best of 2011 recipes. I subbed the Hynotiq with pink Kinky liqueur resulting in an equally delicious cocktail. BTW, Kinky Liqueur is an infusion of vodka with notes of mango, blood orange and passion fruit. Ingredients:
1 ounce kinky liqueur (kinky pink) |
1 ounce cream of coconut |
1 ounce half-and-half cream |
3 scoops ice cream |
Directions:
1. Blend with ice, serve in a hurricane glass.
2. Garnish with a pineapple or mango wedge and a cherry.
