Smoked paprika with a hint of thyme creates a seasoned salt with more character. Ingredients:
1/3 cup table salt |
2 tablespoons white sugar |
2 teaspoons smoked paprika |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper |
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric |
1/4 teaspoon ground thyme |
Directions:
1. Pour the salt into a small mixing bowl. Whisk in the sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, turmeric, and thyme until evenly blended. Store in a tightly sealed shaker jar. |
