One of my favorite Mexican dishes. Got it from my grandpa. Ingredients:

                                                1 (10 -12 count) package flour tortillas |
                                                2 lbs ground beef |
                                                2 medium onions, chopped |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
                                                1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
                                                1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes & chilies |
1 (11 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |

                    Directions:

                                1. Brown ground beef and onions. Drain off grease. 2. Mix milk, soup, and tomatoes together in a small bowl. 3. Cover the bottom of a shallow casserole dish with tortillias. Put part of the meat on the tortillas, then part of the milk mixture, then a layer of cheese. Layer again in the same order, covering the dish with the last layer of milk mixture and cheese. 4. Bake at 400 degrees until bubbly. |
