This is a wonderful dish. It is easy and very tasty. I got it from a community cookbook . Serve with a green salad and you have a complete meal. Ingredients:
1 chicken, cooked and deboned |
2 cups grated cheese |
1 dozen flour tortilla, cut fine |
1 finely chopped onion |
1 can chicken soup |
1 can mushroom soup |
1 cup chicken broth, from cooked chicken |
1/2 cup rotel tomatoes (drained) |
Directions:
1. Place one layer of chicken, half the soup sauce, half the tortillas, and half of onion and cheese in a lightly greased casserole dish. 2. Repeat for the second layer, ending with the cheese. 3. Bake 1 hour350 degrees. |
